He received his ME degree in Optoelectronics and Laser Systems from Bauman Moscow Technical State University (Russia) in 2010 and received his PhD in Physics from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) in 2014. From 2014 to 2017 he was a Postdoctoral Researcher at Heriot-Watt University and then at King’s College London (UK). He has authored and co-authored 45 papers in peer-reviewed journals, a patent, and a book chapter. According to Google Scholar, his work has received >2540 citations and his current h-index is 23.
